Good to know

Your questions, answered.

01Do I need an introduction before joining?

For Reformer and equipment training, begin with the Intro Private Session, even if you already practise Pilates elsewhere. For Mat, Barre and Yoga, start with a trial group class.

02Which class level is right for me?

Your Intro Private Session includes a clear equipment-class recommendation. For other group formats, choose an introductory or all-level class and share relevant experience with your teacher.

03How personal are group classes?

Classes are intentionally small, allowing teachers to observe movement closely, offer options and keep the group experience personal.

04Can I train with a friend or partner?

Yes. Semi-private sessions are designed for two people who want the focus of private training while practising together.

05What if I have a specific physical concern?

A Private Session is usually the best place to begin. Tell us about relevant considerations before training and follow the guidance of your healthcare professional; the studio does not provide medical treatment.
